Casa Verde’s Park Avenue project is a 3 home residential development located on an urban infill lot in the quickly developing King Park neighborhood at 2125 and 2129 North Park Avenue. Current plans call for three homes priced starting in the $280’s. This project will provide not only high-quality housing, but also be built with an emphasis on resource efficiency, storm water management and renewable energy generation. Our homes will be the most energy efficient in the city, with targeted savings of 60% on utility bills compared to traditionally built homes. We will focus on using building materials from renewable resources which will also provide the homeowner with a healthy living environment from high indoor air quality created by low emission construction products.
