This project brings three disciplines that have traditionally been seen as contradictory: Low/Moderate income housing, LEED certified and Historic Preservation. The Gramse will be the first of its kind in Indiana.

The Gramse renovation will turn this beautiful 1915 apartment building into highly efficient, safe and healthy housing, and take a stand for retaining an economically diverse population mix in this city neighborhood.

The finished project will be foam insulated, have a faux slate roof, all new EnergyStar rated windows and state of the art HVAC and water heating. The finished project will provide beautiful, efficient and safe housing with thirteen 1 and 2 bedroom condos at very affordable prices.

CasaVerde is working with King Park Area Development Corporation, the neighborhood community development corporation, to bring this project to this near downtown location.
