Michael Sanders, MBA -

Michael worked in the field of organizational learning and development for eleven years. He had been in private practice as an executive coach for individuals and teams within organizations. Michael supported his clients in developing new levels of efficiency, productivity and profitability.

From 1989 through 1995, Michael worked for The Queens Group, Inc., a printing and packaging company in Indianapolis. As their full time internal consultant, he was instrumental in coordinating the design and implementation of a corporate-wide process improvement initiative.

Mr. Sanders received his MBA with a major in Management from Fordham University in New York City where he had the opportunity to learn Total Quality Management practices from noted experts such as Deming and Juran.
