Low-to-Moderate Buyer Income restricted units are renovated using
HOME Federal Funding of approximately $30,000 per unit to subsidize the
cost of renovating these units. Furthermore, buyers of these units
may be eligible for Down-Payment Assistance from King Park Area
Development Corporation. There are eleven Low-Mod units in this
project, with three in the basement, four on the first floor, and four
on the second floor.
